Extension Triggers
Extension Triggers view
The Extension Triggers view displays the extension triggers defined for your site. An extension trigger ties a code extension to a specific use case. N4 uses the following criteria to uniquely identify an extension trigger:
Scope
Extension Type
Entity Name
In the Extension Triggers view, you can use the In Use column to identify the extension triggers that are currently effective. The effective triggers display a dot in this column.
N4 uses the following parameters to determine the effective extension triggers:
The user login scope level
The user's specific scope key
The Enabled status of trigger and code extension
The trigger uniqueness
You can use this view to add, edit, and delete extension triggers. In addition, you can:
Export selected extension triggers (on page 1) to XML (Display Export XML)
Import extension triggers (on page 1) as XML (Administration System
Generic Entity XML Importer)
To add a new record:
Click .
To edit or delete a record:
In the list view, select the record(s) that you want to edit or delete.
Do one of the following:
Click to edit a selected record.
Click to delete the selected record(s).
